I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Beira Interior, where I currently serve as President of the Faculty of Sciences.

My scientific interests lie primarily in Dynamical Systems and Ergodic Theory, with particular emphasis on the qualitative and statistical behaviour of deterministic, random and nonautonomous dynamical systems.

I am a member of CMA-UBI, the Centre of Mathematics and Applications at the University of Beira Interior.
